The filing is the easy part. The launch is the product.
Forming an LLC in Florida costs $125 in state fees and the form takes minutes. What slows new owners down is everything around it: the registered agent decision, the EIN, the annual report deadline with its $400 late penalty, the DBA, and then a business with no website, no email, and no way to capture a lead.
Our packages handle the filings as a document preparation service, working only from the information and selections you give us in writing. Then the real New Era work starts: the digital systems that let one owner run like a team.
What we prepare and file
- Florida LLC filing. We prepare your Articles of Organization from your written answers and submit them to the Division of Corporations, exactly as you provide them.
- Registered agent service. A Florida street address that receives your legal notices and forwards them the same day. Your home address stays off the public record.
- Annual report filing. Florida charges $138.75 each year and $538.75 after May 1. We track the deadline and file from your confirmed information so the penalty never happens.
- Fictitious name and DBA registration. Filing, plus the newspaper advertising step most people miss.
- EIN application assistance. As your third party designee with the IRS. An EIN is free if you apply yourself at IRS.gov; our fee is a service fee only.
- Certified copies and certificates of status. Ordered from the state when a bank or lender asks.

How much does an LLC cost in Florida?
The state charges $125 to form an LLC: a $100 filing fee plus the $25 registered agent designation. A certified copy is $30 and a certificate of status is $5. The annual report is $138.75 each year, or $538.75 after May 1. Our service fee is separate and always itemized.
Do I need a registered agent in Florida?
Yes. Every Florida LLC must designate a registered agent with a Florida street address to receive legal notices. You can be your own agent, but your address becomes public record and someone has to be available during business hours. Our registered agent service covers this.
What is the Florida annual report?
A required yearly filing with the Division of Corporations between January 1 and May 1 that keeps your company active. Miss it and the state adds a $400 penalty, then eventually dissolves the company. We track it and file from your confirmed information.
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. We prepare and file documents from what you provide in writing. Questions like which entity to choose, what your operating agreement should say, or whether to elect S corporation taxation belong with an independent Florida attorney or CPA, and we will refer you.
How do I get an EIN?
The IRS issues EINs free of charge at IRS.gov. We are not the IRS and are not affiliated with any government agency. If you would rather hand it off, we handle the application as your third party designee for a service fee, using your written information.
