We collect minimal information, mostly your name, email, and project details when you contact us or book a call. We don't sell your data. We use a small set of trusted service providers (listed below). You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing alvin954@gmail.com.

New Era Tech Solutions Inc. is a Florida S-Corporation established in 2020, located in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. We provide custom Claude AI skill development, OpenClaw agent deployments, and automation system implementations for solo operators and small teams.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you interact with us, you may voluntarily provide information including:
- Contact information: name, email address, business name, phone number (if shared)
- Project information: descriptions of workflows you want automated, business context shared during scoping calls or via email
- Newsletter subscription: email address when you subscribe to our newsletter via Beehiiv
- Calendar bookings: name, email, time zone, and any notes you provide when booking a scoping call via Cal.com
- Files and assets: brand voice samples, document templates, or other materials you share to enable us to build custom skills or agents for you
- Payment information: billing details (note: actual payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe; we do not store full payment card information)
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps (collected by our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and operational purposes)
- Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics if we enable Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar tools (we do not currently use Google Analytics on this site by default)
- Cookies and similar technologies: minimal (see Section 6 below)
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We do not currently purchase or otherwise acquire personal information about you from third-party data brokers.

We use information you provide and that we collect for the following purposes:

- To create and deliver custom AI skills, agents, and automation systems tailored to your business
- To send you the New Era newsletter (only if you've opted in)
- To process payments and maintain records required for tax compliance (as a Florida S-Corporation, we are required to maintain certain financial records under U.S. and Florida law)
- To improve our website, services, and customer experience
- To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, or other illegal or harmful activity

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of your information. We select providers we believe have strong privacy practices, but we are not responsible for their independent actions.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers listed above, strictly to operate our services
- For legal compliance: if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety
- In business transitions: if New Era is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (notice will be provided)
- With your consent: when you explicitly direct us to share information with a specific party

- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Prospect inquiries (no engagement): up to two (2) years, then deleted
- Website logs: rotated by our hosting provider per their standard practices (typically 30-90 days)
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption on our website
- Use of reputable, security-audited third-party providers
- Limited access to personal data (currently only the founder, Alvin, accesses client information)
- Secure storage of credentials and API keys

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

New Era operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using our services, you consent to such transfer. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border data transfers.

When we build custom Claude AI skills, OpenClaw agents, or automation systems for you, the resulting tools may process information you provide to them. You are responsible for ensuring that information you input into AI tools complies with applicable privacy laws and that you have appropriate consent from data subjects.
Information processed through AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) is governed by their respective terms. We recommend clients review:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or services. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via our newsletter (if you're subscribed) or prominent notice on our website.
